We built our first company the long way. No warm intros. No pedigree. Just a real problem, early users who needed the product, and a lot of nights figuring things out as we went. Progress came from listening closely, shipping fast, and making the most of limited resources.

That experience defines how we invest.

We back pre-seed and seed founders building AI and defense-adjacent companies in markets that are often overlooked or misunderstood. We’re drawn to products that solve real, operational problems and get used in the real world, not just admired in a pitch.

We look for founders who are close to the problem, resourceful under constraints, and serious about building something durable. People with strong opinions, open minds, and the patience to play the long game.

We’re comfortable being the first institutional check, writing $100K early, and forming conviction before there’s social proof. We know what it’s like to be early, underestimated, and still believe you’re onto something important.
