Shevy Karbasi, General Partner

Shevy is the former Co-founder and CEO of Moichor (YC W21), where he led go-to-market from zero, built the first revenue systems, and landed early enterprise customers. He also hired the initial leadership team and drove commercial execution across functions as the company scaled. At NPU, Shevy focuses on founder coaching, GTM validation, and helping teams get early customer access.

Matthew Chen, General Partner

Matthew is the former Co-founder and COO of Moichor (YC W21), where he designed the operational architecture and internal tooling needed to scale nationally. He built execution systems that bridged engineering, R&D, and operations, and helped turn complex workstreams into repeatable processes. At NPU, Matthew focuses on technical diligence, product architecture, and operational scale-up.
