Shevy Karbasi, General Partner

Shevy is the former Co-founder and CEO of Moichor (YC W21), where he built go-to-market from zero, landed the company’s earliest enterprise customers, and scaled the commercial engine through its early growth. He hired the initial leadership team and drove execution across sales, partnerships, and operations as the company scaled.

At NPU, Shevy works closely with founders on early GTM strategy, customer access, and turning conviction into real traction.

Matthew Chen, General Partner

Matthew is the former Co-founder and COO of Moichor (YC W21), where he designed the operational foundation needed to scale nationally. He built internal systems that connected engineering, R&D, and operations, and helped turn complex workstreams into repeatable execution.

At NPU, Matthew focuses on technical diligence, product architecture, and helping teams scale without breaking what already works.
